RETURN POLICY AND CHARGES

Please see the following constructions:

You have 14 days from the date you received your order to make a return. Please make sure items are returned unused and in the same condition, you received them. If the product has been returned according to our instructions, we will refund the full cost of the product but a return fee 30€ applies. In domestic orders, a return fee 15€ applies (Finland). The return fee will be deducted from the refund.

 

• Provide a return notice to our customer care by email info@reflets-studio.com
• Inform us your order number, name, address, phone number and bank account, to guarantee a smooth return 
• Pack the item you want to return carefully by using the original package or another protective one
• You will receive a return form, attach the dispatch note on the top of the package
• Take the package to the nearest Post Office

EUROPE AND OUTSIDE Return fee 30 EUR

Items should be returned in accordance with the above process and any additional instructions received from our customer care. Once your return has arrived and processed you will be notified by email.

Please note that we will not cover any additional costs resulting from other delivery methods or options. Refletstudio doesn’t offer exchanges.
